Our apartment has its own parking space and is also ideally located, right in the center of town, 200 meters from the Town Hall and the Church of San Miguel. You'll have 24-hour medical assistance with Quirón Salud. For seasonal rentals for non-tourist purposes, online registration and the signing of a temporary contract are mandatory. 🍁The space As you can see in the photos, our apartment consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room area equipped with sofa, TV and dining table. - A fully equipped kitchen located in a separate room. 🍁Regarding the sleeping area, this is organized in 2 bedrooms distributed as follows: * A master bedroom with a double bed. * A second bedroom with a folding sofa bed. -A bathroom and a toilet. In addition, the apartment has a dedicated workspace: a common area with wifi that’s well-suited for working. For your convenience when moving around, we have our own parking space that you can use. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. 🍁Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. The house has heating through a system of radiators in all rooms with manual control. There are also two air conditioning units (only cold) in the living room and in the master bedroom.
