It is situated one minute from both Delicias Metro and RENFE stations, combining thoughtful design, comfort, and a strategic setting. It is not available for tourist use and is offered exclusively under seasonal rental contracts. The apartment features a spacious and comfortable bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with an integrated kitchen, a sofa bed, and direct access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan, and complete kitchenware. The property also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump, central heating, and an electronic lock system that allows keyless entry. Residents have direct access to a pleasant private central courtyard within the building. No additional services such as extra cleaning or breakfast are provided, as this is a seasonal rental. A full draft of the rental agreement can be sent by email upon request. Regarding rental conditions, the contract is exclusively for seasonal use under the Spanish Urban Leasing Law, and tourist use is strictly prohibited. The maximum occupancy is three people. Subletting or transferring the contract is not permitted without express written approval. Rent must be paid in advance according to the platform’s terms, and the apartment must be returned in good condition at the end of the stay. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with excellent public transport connections. A Mercadona supermarket is only one minute away, and there is also a pharmacy nearby. Several traditional restaurants can be found within walking distance, including Casa Egido and Bodegas Rosell, approximately four hundred metres away.
