Rent is €1300 per month including all utilities and WiFi, and the deposit is €1500. Move-in is possible from December 1st with a few days of flexibility. Minimum stay is 3–4 months, and the sublet is available at least until the end of March, likely longer and negotiable. No smoking and no pets, please.
