Además dispone de un pequeño Balcón, TV extra-grande y Sofá-Cama para visitas inesperadas (avisando es permitido). Estamos en la ZONA RESIDENCIAL del polígono de LA RESINA, la ventaja de esta zona es que podemos ofrecer calidades de Hotel de 4 estrellas a precios razonables sin renunciar con ello a poder realizar Turismo o cualquier actividad en el centro, ya que la conexión es excelente tanto en coche como en TP. En nuestra calle hay un Restaurante, una Farmacia y alguna tienda de alimentación con un horario de apertura amplio, muy cerca aunque en coche (6 minutos) se encuentra EL CENTRO COMERCIAL PARQUESUR, encontrará todas las tiendas de moda y muchos Restaurantes :) A destacar para ir al centro es que tenemos el Cercanías Renfe a solo 4 minutos a pié del edificio, gracias a ello una vez acomodado/a en el tren, se encuentra exactamente a 13 minutos de Atocha y 18 de Sol! En la zona del polígono existen también numerosos Restaurantes, aunque su horario suele estar limitado al horario laboral de la zona. A entre 3 y 5 minutos en coche también encontrará un Mercadona y un Carrefour. Le aconsejamos la APP Moovit si desea desplazarse en transporte público tanto al centro de Madrid como a Getafe :...
