Hallo liebe Interessierte, wir bieten ein sehr schönes großes, helles und ruhiges Dachgeschosszimmer in einem Doppelhaus mit Garten mit eigenem Bad an zwecks WG mit flexiblen Mietdaten. Das Zimmer befindet sich in Hamburg Volksdorf und wenige Minuten von der U1 sowie dem Busbahnhof entfernt. In weniger als 30 Minuten gelangt man zum Hauptbahnhof. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gegend besticht durch sehr schöne Natur (Wald, See, Naturschutzgebiete) sowie die tolle Dorf-Lage (ebenfalls in 10 m erreichbar). Nicht nur der große Markt (mittwochs und samstags), sondern auch der Dorfkern mit vielen Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Sportplätzen- und Clubs sowie Ärzten, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés lädt zum Verweilen ein. Zudem ist das AEZ (Alster Einkaufszentrum) mit dem Bus nur ca. 20 m entfernt. 🛏️ Das Zimmer und weitere Nutzungsmöglichkeiten Das Zimmer ist 19 m2 groß, befindet sich im gemütlichen Dachgeschoss und ist voll möbliert (Bett, Sofa, Kommode, Stehlampe, Deckenlampe, Teppich, Gardinen). Ab (hidden) wird es zur Miete angeboten. Im Erdgeschoss steht ein eigenes Duschbad zur Verfügung. Die neue Küche bietet sämtlichen Komfort und der eigene Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Weiterhin befindet sich im Keller eine separate Waschmaschine zur Privat-Nutzung. 👩👨 Du würdest mit uns - Kerstin und Carlos (53) unter einem Dach leben. Hier wird Deutsch und Spanisch gesprochen, Englisch oder auch Französisch wäre auch verfügbar ;-) Wir sind unternehmungslustig und offen. Unsere Wunschvorstellung: Gerne möchten wir mit jemandem das Haus teilen, der /die ebenfalls offen, zuverlässig und ordentlich ist.
