The apartment also has a full bathroom with shower. The area where the apartment is located is an exclusive area of the city, fully accessible by both private and public transport. The apartment has a centralized air conditioning system that is available in the following periods: -The heating will be available from November 1 to April 1 -Air conditioning will be available from June 1 to September 30.
