The urbanization has a swimming pool and communal gardens open all year round, as well as a parking area. The house also has a private parking space. This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the best holidays. The area has supermarkets and shopping centers nearby. In addition, it has a promenade, which passes beside the house, with an extension of more than 8 km. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month.
