What we liked the most -This apartment is bright, modern and spacious - it has wooden floors and high ceilings. -The windows provide views of Place Rouppe - a pretty and spacious square. -The windows are also double glazed, preventing noise disturbance. -The kitchen has a little balcony - the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee! -You will be living right in the heart of Brussels, just an 8-minute walk from Grand Place. Things to keep in mind -There is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment. Neighbourhood and transportation: Located right on Place Rouppe, a historic and elegant square in the Midi‐Lemonnier / Stalingrad quarter of central Brussels, the place offers an iconic and well-connected address. The square was laid out in the early 1840s and features a beautiful cast‐iron fence, mature trees, and the striking Rouppe Fountain, sculpted by Poelaert and Fraikin — a real piece of Brussels heritage. The surrounding neighbourhood is lively and diverse, with a strong mix of residential life, offices, and transit activity. It’s part of the Midi‐Lemonnier district, historically linked to the old Bogards railway station and now undergoing urban renewal.
