Public transportation options are close by, making travel around the city simple and efficient. Towels & Essentials Each registered guest receives: 1 large towel 1 medium towel Additionally: A shared bathroom hand towel A kitchen towel Security A security camera is installed outside the main door, facing the exterior hallway, strictly for safety purposes. Mandatory Guest Registration (Hungarian Law) All guests must submit their personal details for the Hungarian Tourism Agency’s mandatory registration system. A simple Google Form will be provided to make this process easy before arrival. House Rules & Conditions General Remove shoes and store them in the white shoe cabinet near the dining table. Hang coats on the marble hooks above the shoe storage. Please avoid leaning on decorative wall elements. No smoking inside the apartment (penalty applies if smoke is detected). Report any issues or damage as soon as possible. Bathroom Do not flush sanitary products, wipes, or paper towels. Turn off the electric towel dryer after use. Heating Open the radiator cover to adjust the thermostat. Kitchen thermostat is more visible. TV Rotation Rotate the TV only from the right side in either direction (living room or dining area). Rotating it incorrectly can damage the wiring (repair cost: €200). Smart Door Lock Lift the handle upward until it clicks, then lock/unlock with the key.
