An incredible room equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dedicated workspace features an office chair and a clever fold-out bed with plenty of shelving. The mattress size is 180 x 90 cm. Believe it or not, this room even includes its own wall-mounted washing and drying machine—a rarity in Switzerland. After washing, laundry can be hung on extendable drying wires. A full-size fold-out table provides access to the crockery. The room is equipped with an induction cooktop for preparing full meals, as well as a microwave and an air fryer to support various cooking needs. You'll also find a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a TV with Amazon Prime (guests may log in to their own streaming services). Private WIFI included. Additional amenities include an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, cutlery, sieve, cutting board, extra knives, and basic spices and salt. Fan at your disposal. There is a sink inside the room, while the bathroom and toilet are shared with other residents, mostly students. Quality of the bathroom is independent of the listing - owners do not agree to renovate. Please note: There is no private parking. The nearest public parking is approximately 500 meters away...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
