La casa è situata al piano terra di una villa, e vi si accede tramite un lungo viale verdeggiante che conduce inoltre ad un parcheggio per auto a disposizione degli ospiti. L’appartamento è composto da un’ampia zona living arredata con divano letto doppio, zona pranzo e cucina dotata di congelatore frigorifero e bollitore. E’ presente anche un corridoio che termina con una camera con letto matrimoniale, cabina armadio e un bagno con doccia. Infine, il punto forte della struttura sono gli esterni di cui gli ospiti potranno usufruire completamente: una zona con tavolo antistante l'ingresso di casa, una zona con tavolo e tettoia per cene all'aperto, e una pineta collocata al di là di una scenica scala scavata nella roccia. A disposizione degli ospiti una piscina in comune non climatizzata dotata di lettini prendisole e una magnifica vista sul mare. Gli ospiti potranno usufruire di servizi quali riscaldamento a pompa di calore in tutti gli ambienti e aria condizionata solo nelle camere da letto....
