I rent a townhouse on two floors (40sqm) for 5 months to a person (experience has taught me that it DOES NOT work for couples) - there is a private garden and it is located in the heart of San Frediano, between Piazza del Carmine and Piazza Tasso; 5 minutes walk from the FFSS station and close to 4 supermarkets. It will be available for 5 months starting from April 1, 2026. The house has a washing machine and the possibility of wifi internet connection; very quiet, it has its own private entrance; there is a double bed on the 1st floor and a sofa bed (also double) on the ground floor....
