We are renting a bright 20 m2 basement in a newly built chalet, consisting of a room with natural light thanks to a 7 m2 English patio with exclusive access (two large windows and a glass door). We offer a private toilet and a shared bathroom on the common floor, along with a kitchen shared with the family. The room is brand new, with new furniture, microwave, and toaster.
