Other Things to Note: We kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. ● The property is currently in the process of being sold, so weekly visits may be scheduled during your stay, with prior notice. ● Quiet Residential Area: While the building is in a peaceful neighborhood, Brussels is a vibrant city. ● Guest Support: Our guest support team is available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. ● Extra Services: Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. ● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply. ● House Rules Enforcement: Charges may apply for damage to furniture, including the sofa, or for hosting unauthorised guests. How rent is calculated

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
