We are looking for a new female flatmate for our shared apartment (WG). The room is in a newly built apartment in the south of Berlin-Steglitz (Lankwitz). The room is 18 m2 and fully furnished. The shared areas are also furnished. The apartment has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a shared hallway, and access to a laundry room in the basement. Official registration (Anmeldung) is possible. The price already includes internet, electricity, heating, and water (all-inclusive rent). By bus (X83 or M82) you can reach the S-Bahn station Lankwitz in about 5 minutes and Rathaus Steglitz in about 15 minutes...
