Il nostro accogliente e luminoso appartamento è situato al primo e ultimo piano di una piccola palazzina in via Milanesi, in un quartiere di Firenze che occupa parte della zona compresa fra la Fortezza da Basso, Santa Maria Novella e la zona di (hidden) la sua posizione strategica, nei pressi del Polo Espositivo di Fortezza da Basso, e a due passi dalla fermata della tramvia, che la collega alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella in 5 minuti, è l'ideale per visitare a piedi il centro storico di Firenze, per viaggi di lavoro o per partecipare a fiere ed eventi.Confortevole, modernamente arredato, l’appartamento si affaccia su una corte interna e mantiene tratti delle antiche dimore fiorentine come i soffitti con travi a vista, è dotato di tutti i comfort che ti faranno sentire come a casa, ma lontano dallo stress quotidiano. All’appartamento si accede dalla strada da un portone e una rampa di scale (24 gradini).Entrando ci troviamo subito nello spazioso e luminoso living, dove notiamo le travi a vista. Il soggiorno è decorato e arredato con gusto con libreria, tv e un divano.Sulla destra si trova la zona pranzo, con tavolo e 4 sedie, e il vano cucina, modernamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare colazione pranzo e cena ogni volta che lo desiderate (microonde, kettle, forno, etc).L’appartamento si può raggiungere comodamente in auto essendo fuori dalla ztl, e per i nostri ospiti sono a disposizione parcheggi pubblici in strada a pagamento e bike sharing, inoltre la fermata della tramvia verso il centro di firenze si trova a soli 100 metri dall’(hidden) Wi-Fi e l'aria condizionata coprono tutto l'appartamento.Gli ospiti hanno accesso a tutto l'appartamento, come descritto.L’appartamento è dotato di impianto di accesso automatizzato e self check-in, per darvi la possibilità di arrivare comodamente quando volete, dalle 15 in poi, senza avere lo stress di dover fissare un appuntamento preciso per il check-in.Altrimenti, se preferite, sarà nostro piacere incontrarvi, ma in questo caso dobbiamo fissare un appuntamento tra le 15 e le (hidden) QUARTIEREVia Milanesi è una strada animata che si trova in quartiere che si estende appena fuori dal centro storico e dalla zona a traffico limitato e che occupa parte della zona compresa fra la Fortezza da Basso, Santa Maria novella e la zona di Rifredi, a venti minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Firenze.Ideale per coppie oppure famiglie, o per smart workers, il quartiere offre tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno.A due passi trovi: banca, farmacia, bar, pasticcerie, gelaterie, pizzerie, ristoranti tipici ed etnici, supermercati, parrucchiere, lavanderia, fermata del bus.Vicini anche il Polo espositivo e congressuale Fortezza da Basso, il Palazzo dei Congressi, il Teatro Comunale, la Leopolda, l'area ospedaliera di Careggi e Meyer.Le principali attrazioni del centro storico, come il Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi sono raggiungibili in 20/30 minuti a piedi o in pochi minuti con la nuova linea della tramvia che serve la zona. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €3,50 per person per night. MINIMUM STAY MILAN ACCOMMODATION 60 nights minimum stay is required for the reservations with check- in between March 18th 2026 and April 28th 2026 included. For bookings with check in within those dates, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. The check out between 17th April and 26th April 2026 included is not allowed...

This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of nights in your rental period — just like a hotel.
