Description

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two each have two single beds that can be placed together if desired. The kitchen is separate from the living room, and the living area includes a dedicated dining space, distinct from the sitting/lounge area. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). The accommodation also has a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay. We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested. The apartment has a great temperature throughout the year, but has a heater if you feel it is necessary. TV service and Wifi Internet available and free. Electricity bills included up to 125 euros and water bills included up to 50 euros. Weekly cleaning included. How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
