On the top floor of a traditional building (yes, there’s no elevator – but the light and atmosphere more than make up for the climb), you’ll find a bright, airy space with that perfect balance of comfort and simplicity that makes you feel at home from day one. Equipped with air conditioning and soundproof windows, so you can work, rest, and live in total comfort. Living Room & Kitchen The living room and kitchen share an open-plan layout designed for everyday living: - Lounge area with a comfortable sofa, TV, and Bose speaker for your downtime. - Fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner electric stove, oven with grill, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and washer/dryer. - Workspace with desk, plenty of natural light, and a printer – ideal if you need a home office. Suite - Bedroom with a king-size bed and spacious wardrobe. - Ensuite bathroom, bright and functional, with shower and street-facing window, fitted with blackout blinds for privacy. Outdoor Space - A private terrace overlooking the rooftops, with a dining (or work) area and a lounge corner. Perfect for taking a break or watching the sunset without leaving home. Location - Located on Rua da Imprensa Nacional – a quiet, residential street just minutes away on foot from cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and some of the city’s best museums. You can walk to Rato, Príncipe Real, or Jardim da Estrela, and have public transport nearby to explore Lisbon at your own pace. Good to Know - Access via stairs only (no elevator), including one extra flight at the apartment entrance. - Ongoing construction works in the building. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
