Ich bin vor Kurzem mit meinem Partner zusammen gezogen und habe alle Möbel und sonstige Einrichtungsgegenstände dagelassen, sodass die Wohnung viel wohnlicher und vollständiger ist als typische möblierte Wohnungen. Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock eines schönen Altbaus aus den 1890er Jahren, mit hohen Decken, Holzböden und Ausrichtung zum Hinterhof, was sie sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig hell macht. Ein Highlight ist der große, sonnige Balkon – perfekt zum Brunchen, Lesen oder Entspannen. Die Küche verfügt über einen Ofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Das große Wohnzimmer bietet ein gemütliches Sofa und einen Sessel zum Entspannen und Lesen sowie einen großen Schreibtisch mit Bücherregalen zum Arbeiten. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen 140x200cm Bett, großzügigen Regalen für Kleidung und einem zweiten Schreibtisch ausgestattet – ideal, wenn zwei Personen getrennt arbeiten möchten. Die Wohnung liegt an der Warschauer Straße zwischen Kopernikusstraße und Grünberger Straße. Das ist eine perfekte Lage, da man sehr gut angebunden ist und sich in einer tollen Nachbarschaft befindet: Direkt beim lebendigen Boxi Kiez (Boxhagener Platz) mit vielen großartigen Restaurants, Cafés, Bars und vielem mehr. Dennoch muss man nicht täglich den ganzen Kiez durchqueren, wenn man in die Innenstadt oder woanders hin möchte, was viel Zeit spart. U- und S-Bahn Warschauer Straße (mit Direktverbindungen zum Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof, unter anderem) sowie U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor (Direktverbindung zur HU Berlin) sind schnell erreichbar. Mit der U-Bahn oder dem Fahrrad ist man außerdem schnell in Kreuzberg und Neukölln – zwei weiteren tollen Stadtteilen. Und obwohl die Warschauer Straße laut sein kann, liegt die Wohnung im Hinterhaus und ist daher sehr ruhig. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Späti und direkt im gleichen Straßenblock befinden sich gute Restaurants (Pizza, Burrito) sowie zwei Cafés, die sich perfekt zum Arbeiten eignen, sowie eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Also: maximaler Komfort. Der Ort ist ideal für queere Personen, da Clubs wie das Berghain und drei großartige queere Bars (Capture, Große Freiheit, Himmelreich) ganz in der Nähe sind. Weitere queere Bars sind nur wenige U-Bahn-Stationen entfernt am Kotti (Möbel Olfe und Südblock). Eine Anmeldung und Wohnungsgeberbestätigung ist möglich. Eine private Haftpflichtversicherung wird benötigt (ca. 5 EUR pro Monat, flexibel kündbar)...
