This 38 m2 large studio comprises of 2 pieces , one main room serves as studio with open kitchen and the second small room is equipped with 2 wardrobes and desk and chair, it can be used as a working / fitting area. There is a private bathroom with shower. The apartment is on 1st floor, located in the side building where big windows are facing inner garden, which provides both tranquility and greenery . From the apartment -The tram stop for line M10 at “Straßmannstraße” only a few meters away. -The large park Volkspark Friedrichshain is about a 10-minute walk away. - Local cafés and restaurants are nearby . in the apartment the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans. A 140x200 cm size bed is provided with pillows and blanket. Towels are also available . It makes the apartment ready to live in. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment. Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent. If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest.
