Šachta 9 is a vibrant, new dormitory with the great location to explore the city. Home to students from all over the world. Šachta 9 Residence offers a variety of rooms. The residence is divided into several separated blocks with shared kitchens and bathrooms. Our members can rent their own separated room or share a room with a neighbour. Everything is designed to provide a great experience for your new student life. 🎫 Booking Condition - The deposit is priced as 1.5 monthly rent. Please note that the deposit is required prior to signing the rental agreement. After the deposit has been successfully received on our account, the rental contract will be sent to you for signature - The minimum stay is 4 months 🏠 House rules - Bed sheet, duvet and pillow are provided - Laundry facilities in the building (price 130 CZK) - In our residences, we have separate units for girls and boys. *All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of our apartments....
