Although the house has three bedrooms, only this one will be occupied, as the other two are not available for rent and will remain empty. Bills included up to 50 euros, once this amount is exceeded the difference must be paid by the tenant. The listed price is for one person. Each additional guest will be charged €100 per month. The deposit to be charged is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
