Welcome to this 60 sq. meters apartment, located on the first floor, just a 7-minute walk from the Victoria metro stop or the A.U.E.B. University of Athens or metro stop Attiki. The apartment was partially renovated in 2025, and it offers easy access to the city center Surrounded by shops, banks, restaurants, and bus stops, everything you need is within a minute's walk from your doorstep. You will be renting one out of the two bedrooms, with exclusive use of a bedroom that features a comfortable single bed, an air conditioner for both heating and cooling, a closet, a desktop with chair, and a lovely balcony that offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. The building is equipped with an elevator, and all doors have locks for your safety and peace of mind. You will be sharing the common areas with your roommate, which include a small hall , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but we do not provide them . We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.
