Das Haus verfügt über eine Terrasse und einen Garten auf der Rückseite sowie einen kleinen Vorgarten. Es gibt eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Toilette) im ersten Stock und ein weiteres Badezimmer (mit Dusche und Toilette) im zweiten Stock. Die Küche verfügt über einen Elektroherd, eine „Ninja”-Heißluftfritteuse, einen Toaster, einen Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank und ist komplett mit Besteck, Pfannen und Töpfen ausgestattet.
