The monthly rent is €965, all-inclusive – covering electricity, heating, hot water, high-speed fiber internet, building maintenance costs, and even the broadcasting fee (GEZ). A security deposit of €1,780 is required. City registration (Anmeldung) at the local authorities (KVR) is permitted. The location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the Munich University of Applied Sciences, Pasing campus, and close to bus stops (lines 160 and 162) as well as Pasing train station.
