The monthly rent is €855, all-inclusive – covering electricity, heating, hot water, high-speed fiber internet, building maintenance costs, and the broadcasting license (GEZ). A security deposit of €1,590 is required. The room is available immediately, and registration with the local authorities (KVR) is possible. The location is excellent: just a 2-minute walk to the Munich University of Applied Sciences, Campus Pasing, and to several bus lines (160, 162). The Pasing Hospital is about 6 minutes away on foot. Pasing train station is also nearby, offering convenient connections to the rest of the city.
