Two furnished rooms are available in my 3-room apartment. I’m renting out one bedroom, and you’ll also have full use of the second room as a shared/common space. I’m not living in the apartment. The room is available for rent initially until July 2026. The apartment is ideal for students looking for a cosy home for a few months. It’s located in a quiet, green neighbourhood—about 100 metres from the River Spree and around 800 metres from the nearest forest area, perfect for walks and unwinding. Shops are a 5-minute walk away. The S-Bahn station is about a 12-minute walk, and there’s a bus stop just 2 minutes away on foot. HTW Berlin and Humboldt University (Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences) are also nearby. - More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
