Der überdachte Balkon mit Blick auf die Schwäbische Alb ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und somit hell und sonnig Des Weiteren ist ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus inkludiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel in Tübingen. Die Bushaltestelle „Erlenweg“ (Buslinien 2,3,4,5,6) liegt 5 min fußläufig entfernt mit bester Verbindung zu Klinik (ca. 10 min), Universität und ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 15 min). Der Technologiepark Tübingen WHO ist in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen und ebenfalls zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus erreichbar. Idealerweise möchten wir die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum vermieten, kürzere Mietzeiträume können verhandelt werden. The largest bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180x200cm) and a spacious wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a French double bed (hidden) large wardrobes. There is also a study/children's room. The living room has a 55-inch TV with Amazon Fire Box and a high-quality electric piano. The covered balcony with a view of the Swabian Alb faces west and is therefore bright and sunny. A parking space in front of the house is also included. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Tübingen. The “Erlenweg” bus stop (bus lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 6) is a 5-minute walk away and offers excellent connections to the hospital (approx. 10 minutes), the university, and the city center (approx. 15 minutes). The Tübingen WHO Technology Park is in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached on foot, by bike, or by bus. Ideally, we would like to rent the apartment for the entire period, but shorter rental periods can be negotiated.
