Surrounded by the most beautiful art nouveau houses in Augsburg, you can easily reach the main station (train to Munich in 30 minutes), the Königsplatz (main transfer point for buses and trams), the Wittelsbacher Park with its old trees, the magnificent street "Maximilianstrasse" within a 5-minute walk. The neighboring Bismarckviertel with its very special flair is also only a short walk: here you can visit cozy cafes and excellent restaurants. The bridge there with a view of the hotel tower (the tallest building in Augsburg) invites you to a stroll in the evening. Despite the location close to the center, the apartment is absolutely quiet while you have all amenities for your daily life in short walking distance. You can reach the city of Kempten, our "gate to the Allgäu Alps" in only 60 minutes by car and can enjoy hiking, skiing, biking and all the wonderful recreational activities our mountains have to offer. There is also a workstation where the state-of-the-art router with a DSL100 line is installed. Keeping in mind the motto: “Green is the new black” we have designed a bedroom for you in pleasant green shades. The comfortable bed measures 1.60 x 2.00 m (queensize). The apartment has been completely renovated, equipped with a new kitchen and is furnished with great attention to detail.
