With the provided tablet in your apartment, you can receive packages and mail at any time without being present yourself! You can also use the same tag to open the door that gives you access to the storage units located under the building, where you can store your bike or other items. NEIGHBORHOOD Utrecht Transwijk is a neighborhood in the Zuidwest district of Utrecht. Outside the apartment, you will find plenty of free parking for your car in the parking lot. In 10 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by bike, you can reach the center of Utrecht. Supermarkets, shopping centers, and nature parks are within walking distance. FURNISHED The apartment is delivered in a way that you can move in with just your suitcase. This means the following: - Each room has the furniture you need to relax, work, or cook comfortably. Every room features a modern laminate floor, 25 cm wide, with a certified underlay. - The latest LED lighting on the ceilings: LED strip ceiling lights and LED spot lighting. - Curtains throughout the apartment: Blackout curtains in the bedrooms and 'see-through' curtains in the living room. The shown photos differ from the original but give a good impression. FINANCES The rent includes the provided furnishing, advance service charges, and furniture. You will need to arrange utilities (gas, water, electricity, and internet) yourself, but we can assist with this if needed. Additionally, we charge a one-time hotel check-in fee of €250.
