In total, the apartment has four bedrooms (3 in the main apartment and one in the smaller unit), three bathrooms (one in the smaller unit), 4 toilets (1 in the smaller unit), two kitchens (one in the smaller unit) and a sauna. The small apartment is also fully equipped and is well suited for example for guest accommodation or as a private working place. The entrance into the smaller apartment is from the terrace yard. The house company consists of 5 attached large bungalows with their private inner yards/shorelines. The apartment can be rented as 1) just the main apartment consisting 3 bedrooms (150 m2) or 2) both units together consisting 4 bedrooms (178 m2). There is a maintenance company, which takes care of all the garden work and the possible snow removal. How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
