With an overall area of approximately 16 square meters, including the bathroom, this room features a well-appointed study area complete with shelves, desk, and a comfortable chair, a 120-cm bed, a wardrobe closet, and a living space equipped with a table, stool, and a kitchen boasting a sink, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and either a traditional or microwave oven. Centralized heating ensures comfort, complemented by a practical thermostat for temperature control. The private bathroom, spanning approximately 3 sqm., is fitted with a comfortable shower.
