It consists of a large entrance hall, 4 bedrooms (3 singles and 1 double), a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The apartment measures approximately 100 square meters and is located on the seventh floor of a residential building. Via Privata Assab 15 is situated in the residential district of Cimiano, in the north-east of Milan, a quiet area yet well connected to the city center. Within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the Cimiano metro stop (M2 – green line), which provides a fast and direct connection to Milan’s main university areas. The location is particularly strategic for students: the Politecnico di Milano – Città Studi campus is about 15 minutes away by metro, while the University of Milan (both Città Studi and the main campus in Via Festa del Perdono) can be reached in about 20 minutes. The Bicocca University and the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore are also easily accessible via metro and urban lines, making the apartment a great choice for students from different faculties. In addition to university connections, the neighborhood offers plenty of amenities: supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance, as well as Parco Lambro, one of Milan’s largest green areas, perfect for sports and leisure. Fully furnished, it is equipped with double bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, bookcase, desk and chair. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared with the other tenants of the apartment. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month.
