It has one bedroom, a spacious main living room, a brand new kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful historical building on a quiet but very central street. One of the best supermarkets in the city is opposite the apartment and excellent restaurants, cafe and bars are within 2 minutes walk. The ubahn and tram are also within 5 minutes walk (and S-bahn at Nordbahnhof is around 10 minutes walk away).
