It is also equipped with a new ventilation system (type D with heat recuperation) and solar panels. Ideally u are a young professional (between 23-30y old) starting a new experience in brussels and wanting to share thoughts and experiences with roommates in a top location in Etterbeek. The rent per month with all costs included is 950 euro (775 + 175 for energy costs, wifi, cleaning common areas every 15 days) . There are 2 modern bathrooms, new kitchen and stylish living area.
