Room in a shared apartment, located in Burgos, Avenida Cantabria. It has 5 bedrooms (2 of them for 2 people), 1 shared bathroom, and a semi-office kitchen. Rental aimed at workers and students aged 18-45. Once the (hidden) reservation is confirmed, during business hours (Mon-Wed 10am-6pm / Thu 10am-5:30pm / Fri 10am-2pm), the local sales representative will contact you via (hidden) to proceed with the outstanding payments: deposit and admin fee (part by bank transfer and part in cash), documentation (photo ID/NIE or passport), and contract. Once all this is in order, the move-in will be arranged and a single set of keys (apartment/community) will be handed over. If you need another set, this will be at the tenant's expense.
