Room with double bed in an apartment renovated a few years ago, right in the historic center: two minutes from underground Naples and the Veiled Christ, and four minutes from Piazza Dante. The building is historic and the room is on the first floor. The room has a private kitchen and a small shared terrace, as well as a double bed and a sofa bed (the bathroom is shared with only one other room next door and is located in the hallway). There is air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. The ADMINISTRATION FEE requested in the ad is different from the “tenant protection fee” requested by HousingAnywhere. The administration fee must be paid in CASH at check-in. The last month's rent must be paid in CASH at check-in. If these payments are not made at check-in as indicated above, the keys will not be handed over.
