It’s a place that feels like home from the very first moment. The separate kitchen is a paradise for cooking enthusiasts. It’s fully equipped with a bar and everything you need: from a high-quality coffee maker to a Nutribullet and oven. And for the true kitchen lovers: you’re welcome to use my favorite tools like a mandoline, Le Creuset pans, and microplanes. Sleep and Work in Comfort On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed. From this room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy some fresh air. Working from home? No problem! This room also features an adjustable sit/stand desk with a monitor, making it a perfect home office space. The Second Floor: Your Private Oasis Head upstairs to the second floor, where you’ll find another large bedroom with a premium Auping king-size bed. From here, you’ll look out onto our spacious 40m2 rooftop terrace, complete with a lounge set and gas barbecue. Imagine sunny days, a great book, and barbecue evenings. This floor also includes a handy laundry room with a second toilet, a storage room, and a dream-worthy walk-in closet. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:
- Select your dates to check availability.
- If you don't have a subscription yet, you can buy one in a few clicks.
- Click Apply to rent.
- Fill in a quick rental application and send an intro message.
- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.
Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
