Il riscaldamento è autonomo ed è presente l’aria condizionata caldo/freddo. COSTI Il canone mensile è di 530€ per la camera matrimoniale, escluse utenze. Queste saranno divise con me e bilanciate alla fine (stimate in una media di 120€ mese). Le utenze rimarranno intestate a me. The apartment is 140 sqm and consists of: two bedrooms (one free, the other occupied by me) eat-in kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, washer-dryer two bathrooms (one will be for the exclusive use of the tenant) entrance and living room terrace a small garage (no car, yes bike/scooter). The heating is autonomous and there is hot/cold air conditioning. COSTS The monthly rent is 530€ for the double room, utilities excluded. These will be divided with me and balanced at the end (estimated at an average of 120€ per month). The utilities will remain registered in my name.
