Parties and noises in the rooms that could disturb the neighborhood are not allowed. You must keep your rooms clean weekly and clean the house for health and hygiene reasons. Always turn off the gas at the end of each meal for safety reasons. All conditions and rules of the house will be written on the contract that will be stipulated with the owner and the parties involved. Note: The owner lives in the apartment.
