THIS ROOM HAS HIS PRIVATE TERRACE (LOOKING ON THE COURT) OF 6MQ. IN THE SUMMER PERIOD IS AVAILABLE THE PRIVATE A/C IN ANY ROOM, COST IS BASED ON USE. All the rooms and the apartment itself are equipped with all the utensils/furnishings that can be used in everyday life (wardrobe, bedside table, desk, pots, ...) as well as various pluses such as unlimited Wi-Fi, sofa for guests, cleaning of common areas every weeks included in the fees. Cost of the utilities is fixed and is 150€/month and cover all the expensive you can have to give you unlimited use: the ALL INCLUSIVE service guarantees you extreme peace of mind, as any type of expense, bills, fees, condominium, is totally at our expense, regardless of your consumption. The total fees (520€ in total) are including: - cleaning of your room before the check in and after the check out (40€) - Cost of contract registration, we split it 50% on us and 50% its on you (admin fees of 200€); - Cleaning of the common spaces for the whole period (Max 6 months included) which cover the cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, everything that is shared for once a week (160€); - Insurance inside the apt for some damage that you can make like leave the water open and make wet the floor downstairs, or make a fire cooking in the kitchen, leave something heavy down from balcony, and so on (50€); - Fast wifi fiber (70€). 📍Location and Neighborhood Located near San Donato park, a beautiful green space in the city, and is easily reached by public transport.
