Al Chekh-In è richiesto il pagamento di 390,00€ in quota una tantum che include: Assicurazione dell'appartamento, registrazione telematica del contratto, pulizia iniziale e finale. Nel canone sono incluse tutte le spese, ad eccezione dell'energia elettrice (circa 100,00 €/mese) in funzione dell'effettivo consumo rilevato "da entrambi le parti" tramite sotto contatore....
