Klimaanlagen in beiden Zimmern. Fuẞbodenheizung in der gesamten Wohnung. Diese muss allerdings nicht verwendet werden da das Gebäude 2 Jahre alt ist und sehr gut Isoliert. • Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht. • WC und Badezimmer (mit Bad) sind getrennt. • Moderne schwarze Einbauküche mit großem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. • Keller-/Abstellraum im Untergeschoss vorhanden. • Lage: • U4-Station Meidling Hauptstraße nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. • Billa und das Einkaufszentrum Vio Plaza sowie ein Fitnessstudio McFit in 1 Minute erreichbar. Man muss für den Zugang das Gebäude nicht verlassen. Es gibt nebenan ein Apcoa Parkhaus, wo man die Möglichkeit hat für 9 € pro Tag zu parken....

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
