The house is fully equipped for your stay in Porto, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Ideal for 2 people. Please Note: - Self check-in and personal check-in options available based on your preference. - Check-in/Check-out Details: Standard Check-in: From 17:00. Standard Check-out: Until 11:00. - Flexible check-in/check-out may be available upon prior notice and subject to availability. - Late Check-in Fees: Personal check-in after 22:00 incurs an additional fee of €30. No extra charge for self check-ins after 22:00. The apartment includes maintenance cleaning every 15 days, complete with a fresh change of bed linen and towels. Utility expenses are covered, up to a maximum of €75. If the tenant wishes to bring pets, weekly cleaning becomes mandatory at a cost of 30 euros per week (this service is no longer included in the rent). If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
