I am renting one room in my 2-room apartment located in Munich city center. The room is fully furnished and equipped. Please note the following conditions: -Smoking, parties, and outside guests are not allowed -The rental contract has fixed dates, so please pay attention to the specified period -The room is available from October 8th to May 6th -We will first schedule online appointments. By end of September, personal visits will be organized We are looking for a calm, quiet, tidy, and non-smoking tenant. Rental Details: Total monthly rent: 833 EUR Room rental: 685 EUR Utility costs: 100 EUR Electricity et: 48 EUR (50 % of electricity, internet, TV fee) Please note that if electricity, heating, or water usage exceeds the typical amount, additional costs may apply in case of extended usage. Important: This is not a shared flat, but a family apartment. The reason for renting is due to temporary work abroad. The rental period is fixed from October, 8 to May, 6 with a possible extension for a month or two. The house is situated between two subway stops, 3 and 6 minutes away on foot. The location is very central, especially convenient for university students (LMU, TUM). It's very close to both universities: 5 minutes by foot to TUM 10 minutes by foot to LMU The main train station (Hbf) and Marienplatz are both about 15-20 minutes away on foot, and Odeonsplatz can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
