Important: This is not a shared flat, but a family apartment. The reason for renting is due to temporary work abroad. The rental period is fixed from October, 8 to May, 6 with a possible extension for a month or two. The house is situated between two subway stops, 3 and 6 minutes away on foot. The location is very central, especially convenient for university students (LMU, TUM). It's very close to both universities: 5 minutes by foot to TUM 10 minutes by foot to LMU The main train station (Hbf) and Marienplatz are both about 15-20 minutes away on foot, and Odeonsplatz can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
