Our fully furnished and recently renovated apartment is perfect for one person or a couple looking for a temporary home in Rotterdam. We are seeking tidy and respectful tenants for a minimum stay of 1 month. Please note that registration at this address is not possible. The usable area of the apartment are in 2 floors: First floor is the living room with an 63 Inch TV and a comfy sofa and a huge kitchen with everything you need and a dinning table with two benches and 3 chairs. There is a big balcony on the south side with a lot of sun exposure and an smaller balcony on the backside. There is also a WC on the first floor. Second floor consist of a master bedroom (25 m2) with a king size bed, wardrobe, closet, desk and chair. a walk in closet, a laundry room with a washing/dryer and a large bathroom with a lot of natural light thanks to the big window, a large bath and a walk in shower and WC. The apartment is ideally located in Rotterdam Noord few minutes walk from the central station, just a 5-minute bike ride or 10-minute walk from the city center. The neighborhood offers plenty of cozy cafés and all essential amenities within walking distance.
