This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a 1.35 m double bed, bed linen and towels, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster, and kitchenware, you'll enjoy a practical and functional space. The studio also has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The studio is located on the main floor; there's no need to go up or down stairs or use the elevator. The windows overlook the interior courtyard. To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt, or pepper during their stay. Located on Calle de Godella, in a quiet but well-connected area, you'll have easy access to everything you need, such as public transportation, restaurants, nearby universities, shopping centers, and other important sites in the city. This studio is perfect for those looking for comfortable accommodation with good connections to everything you need to enjoy their stay, whether studying or working in Madrid. ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES: 1. Payment method: Cash or bank transfer. 2. The deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in. 3. An administration fee of €60 must be paid in cash upon check-in. 4. A maintenance fee of €60 must be paid in cash one day before check-out. 5. Registration is not permitted. 6. If an invoice is required, tenants must note that we do not cover VAT, which is 10% in Spain. Accommodation taxes are not included. 7. Taxes and fees for credit cards and/or bank transfers are not included. 8. Internet service is the responsibility of the OWNER. The electricity and water bills must be paid to the OWNER upon presentation of the corresponding invoice by the TENANT. 9. Children are not allowed. 10. If more than one guest is staying, an additional charge of €50 per month will apply for each additional person. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in: Daily from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight have a €20 supplement, and from midnight to 1:30 AM have a €30 supplement. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME NON-NEGOTIABLE). How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
