This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a TV to watch all your favorite showsr. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels and complimentary toiletries. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! NOTES: Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
