Unica cosa in comune per tutte le camere sono la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice posta all'entrata dell’alloggio. Vicino casa Santarita si trovano varie attività commerciali , mercato rionale e supermercati, a circa 100 metri troviamo Piazza D'Armi punto verde molto bello, a pochi metri di distanza dalla casa vari bus e tram per ragguingere tutte le destinazioni e il centro in pochi minuti.
